Delivery Methods and Timing

Tickets purchased online or through the UA Box Office are delivered according to the delivery schedule outlined below:

IN PERSON PURCHASE: Tickets are delivered immediately upon payment.

WILL CALL: Tickets will be held for pick-up at the venue on the day of the show, 2 hours before show time.

MAIL: Tickets will be mailed using regular United States Postal Service. Allow 5 business days for delivery.

PRINT AT HOME: Tickets are printed by the purchaser on their own printer.
